Useless product waste of money.
The Jeep Anti-Slip Mat is a surprisingly handy accessory. It offers a solid grip and is especially useful for keeping phones or small items on the dashboard without worrying about them sliding off during turns or sudden braking. Simple yet effective, it does its job well and adds to everyday driving convenience.
However, like my other recent Jeep Merchandise purchases, the delivery experience was extremely frustrating. The product had reached the DTDC hub on 25th August 2025 at 12:26:28 hrs, but no delivery attempt was made even by 31st August. The package kept moving within Bangalore without resolution or communication, causing unnecessary delay. For a premium brand like Jeep, such courier service is unacceptable and takes away from the joy of the purchase. Until Jeep switches to a more reliable logistics partner, I will be avoiding further orders from their merchandise website.
Overall: A useful, well-designed accessory that delivers on functionality, but the courier experience completely overshadows the product satisfaction.
